      • Tanks, E-liquids, disposable vapes, and cartridges cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
      • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
    2. Non-Returnable Items

      • Opened or used products.
      • Clearance or promotional items.
      • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
    3. Refund Process

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
      • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
    4. Exchanges

      • Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.
